Life Saver Control my menstrual
1st time I brought it and it helped me so much with my menstrual. I was heavy flow for a month became anemic, was tired and weak I needed a blood transfusion but I never went thru with it. I purchased this tea and drank it twice a day and by the 2nd day my menstrual was slowing down by the 3rd day it stopped 🤩🥳 Help me with my aches and cramping, I also started to eat carrot salad, and in the mornings spinach with chopped garlic and pepper flakes. I got used to the tastes it good with a lil honey. I can’t live without this tea. I cut my tea bag and place it in a tea metal strainer.

I love ,love, love this tea. It is my favorite tea to drink during my monthly cycle and am very glad that Amazon sells it. I am finding these days it’s hard to find teas that will help you feel better during your cycle at the local stores in not only the local stores in my town, but in towns near mine as well .I am very grateful for Amazon for selling on it’s website teas that can help you be more calm and mellow during your cycle, but also relief cramps as well .The brand of tea as well is kind of a local brand and I have a variety of different kinds of teas that are Traditional Medicinal as well. So if you want a tasty tea that can help you more during your monthly cycle this is the one to get.

My period has always been irregular and I’ve even gone to my OBGYN for medication to regulate but nothing ever helped. A friend recommended me this tea and at first I was a little skeptical about it since nothing ever helped me but after taking this for a week or so I got my period! You do have to be VERY consistent with drinking this if you want to see results. The taste & aroma are great! And the strength of the tea will definitely help you 🙂

Reduces perimenopause symptoms
This has helped my perimenopause symptoms so much. I had been suffering from anxiety, night sweats, and irregular periods. I now drink one cup of this every day and those systems have completely gone away. I’m shocked by how effective it has been. If I forget to drink it for two days in a row, the symptoms come back, so I know it is the tea that is helping.
