Amazing relief
This large foot massage mat is a must have for every household. Fair warning, it can absolutely be painful at first but the relief felt afterwards is worth it. You will get accustomed to the slight initial discomfort the more you use it. The spikes are hard as the mat itself is made from a plastic material. You will also need to put something heavy on it to keep it from curling up for a while. After work I stand on it, barefoot, for about two minutes to release any pressure or tension in my feet. You can fit both feet at once.

OK if you have space for it to store flat…if it ever flattens
I’ve seen other acupressure mats with a soft foam base so you can roll it up and store easily. I guess that was the thinking here when receiving not only a tightly shrink wrapped package, two velcro straps on top of that. I assume the idea is to use the straps on the product when not in use.Unfortunately, this type of plastic is not suited to be rolled and unrolled. The ends were curled inwards, making it impossible to use until I found large, heavy items to put on top that would also not get deformed by the acupressure nubs. It took several days for it to finally lay mostly flat on the ground, but not really. It’s rippled and won’t stand on its end for storage.Unlike other mats, there are different zones so you can decide how much pressure you want. I’m not impressed with the channels for the balls. It’s easier to roll a ball directly under a foot to reach different areas and angles.Maybe this is OK if you live in a larger home and have floor space for it to rest flat. I don’t, so am not sure how to use this regularly unless it’s under a table or desk.

Great Relief, But Best For Stationary Use
This mat comes rolled up and takes a little time to settle completely flat on the floor. Once it does, the TPE material feels substantial and well-made with a good weight to it that helps it stay in place. The variety of textures across the 5 stimulation zones is excellent.The acupressure feel is fantastic for tired feet. I use it in my living room after work and just standing on the different nubs provides a lot of relief. The mat is a generous size, offering plenty of room to shift your weight. The two included massage balls are very firm and effective for a deeper massage, especially in the arch of the foot.The main limitation is that you can’t really walk or jog in place on it as advertised. Any significant movement tends to make the edges curl up or the whole mat shift. It’s definitely best for static standing or for seated use. I also looked for the magnetic points mentioned in the product info but could not find or feel any.For a stationary foot massage while standing or sitting, this product works very well. My tip is to start with socks on, as some of the nubs are quite firm and can feel intense at first. It’s a solid product that delivers on its core promise of foot relief.This is great for people who want firm acupressure at home but not for anyone expecting to do active movements on it.

Disappointing and rough on my feet
I have arthritis in both of my feet. So I was hopeful that this would help with some of my daily discomfort. I could not have been more wrong. The plastic is rigid and the points are painful. the mat comes rolled up and even after more than a month it still has not fully flattened out. The ball rolls awkwardly and is basically useless. It caused more pain, instead of helping my pain. I can not recommend this item.

Feels great. Really relaxing after a long day.
My roommate cannot use this, her feet are too sensative, but I love it. It feels really good on my feet. It’s like acupuncture on the bottom of your feet. Afterwards the bottom of your feet feel so much softer. It also comes with two massage balls that fit on the side where you can use it to massage the bottom of your feet real well. I’ve put it in front of my favorite spot on the couch and after work I just sit there massaging my feet while I relax. It’s made from a thick silicone. And the fact that it’s got all these prickly parts makes sure our cats can’t mess with it. They don’t like the feeling.

I ordered the Large Foot Massager Mat with Two Massage Balls (Purple) By GEENOA. The product came tightly rolled up and encased in plastic. I have had the mat upside down with an ottoman sitting on it for a day and it still will not lay flat enough that I can use the massage ball channels. The seller should reconsider rolling them so tightly as it makes the thing I was most looking forward to basically unuseable. The listing mentions 4 magnetic points in the text but fails to show where these are in the pictures and I do not see anyplace where magnets could be. I believe this is an inaccuracy in the listing. I can stand on the mat as it is. When I try to walk or jog in place the fact that it is trying to roll up on itself makes it unuseable for that function as well. I will try rolling the mat in the reverse direction for a few days and see if that helps and will come back and change my review if my impression of the mat changes.I am not happy with this product because of the way it rolls in on itself. If it werent for that, it would be a fine product though I do not believe this mat contains magnets.

I was looking for something to relieve foot pain after long hours on my feet, so I decided to give this mat a try. I expected it to help me unwind while I watch TV.This mat offers different textured areas that create a soothing experience for tired feet. I enjoy the way it eases tension, and the balance of firmness is just right for me. The size gives plenty of space to move around, which makes it suitable for standing or just sitting while using it. The balls that come with it also help to give my arches a deeper massage which I find comforting after a long day.It takes a while for the mat to lay flat after unpacking. It’s a bit tricky to walk on because the edges can curl up, which makes it less practical for movement.
