Love this thing
I had tried something similar at a family member’s house and came across this one and not only is it very similar but I actually prefer this one more. When it came to using it, all I have to do is roll it out walk on it and then roll it back up. It hardly takes up any space whether its in use or rolled up and stored in my closet. The quality of this mat is actually really nice. Even when it comes to changing out the different pieces, which is super easy to do too. When it comes to pain relief, I did have to read the instructions on how to use this more precisely and to my surprise, its actually helping. I was mainly wanting to use this for my lower and leg pain and while its weird to say that it kind of feels like a massage, I found that it really does help my pain. I make sure that the pressure points are being hit, like I mentioned, there are instructions that state which pressure point to hit and for what. This thing is amazing and even though it looks like you’re going to be stepping on building block, its nothing like it and feels really good.

I was hesitant to purchase this item due to lack of reviews and pictures. I’ve been wanting to try a mat like this for a while and I’m glad I took the chance. The mat serves its purpose well and is great for pressure points. I appreciate that you can walk across it. It isn’t the thickest backing so it moves around a lot, regardless, I’d purchase again

Amazing
Strongly recommend easing into it—don’t go full weight right away. But once you get used to it, it feels incredible. My heel pain has improved, and it’s surprisingly relaxing now.

I keep it in the kitchen, so I can have a foot massage when I’m cooking or doing the dishes. The first moments the sensation a little intense but after a few days you can fell the relaxation, the warmth and even a better circulation. I love that I can change the stones and that is long enough to move around. It’s a good choice for tired feets relief.
