What is the Flex Cup pull-tab?
Flex Cup is the only cup in the world designed to be as easy to remove as a tampon, thanks to its patented pull-tab. No more struggling to pinch the base of your cup to break the seal: Flex Cup’s pull-tab does it for you in one smooth motion.
What’s the difference between Flex Cup and other menstrual cups?
Flex Cup stands out because of it’s patented pull-tab! It’s the only cup in the world that can break the cup’s seal (suction) for you. Clean, easy removal! The pull-tab is adjustable, too. Plus, say goodbye to cup staining with the black silicone!
How long will Flex Cup last?
With proper care, Flex Cup lasts for years! Cha-ching! Don’t forget to try Flex Foaming Cleanser to help extend the lifespan of your cup. Follow the Instructions for Use for all cleaning and usage information.
Will Flex Cup work for a heavy period?
Flex Cup is a great for heavy flows. Size 01 holds the equivalent of 2 super tampons, while Size 02 holds 3 super tampons-worth of blood. Plus, the cup’s adjustable pull-tab makes it easy to remove, empty mid-wear, and reinsert on heavy days.
Can I swim while wearing a menstrual cup?
Yes! Swimming with Flex Cup means swimming with no strings, no waterlogged tampons, and no worries. You can also shower, take baths, or chill in a hot tub while wearing Flex Cup as it collects your flow (instead of absorbing it like tampons)!

The ONLY menstrual cup that I can use comfortably and works flawlessly!
I’m not a picky person, and I like to try all different kinds of menstrual products to find what works best for me and my lifestyle. I use tampons through the day, menstrual cups for my long 12hr shifts, and pads or menstrual cups for sleep. I have gravitated towards menstrual cups because of the environmental impact of pad/tampon waste. The other benefits are also that you don’t have to spend money every month when you get your periods (just reuse these for every period, no need to buy more. And I have a little sterilizer at home to keep it nice and clean). They also have a MUCH longer wear time, so it is great for sleeping comfortably or, as I mentioned, my long 12 hour shifts with barely any time for breaks. The first time I tried a menstrual cup, it was a different brand and it was absolutely horrendous!! Definitely a learning curve, but also since it suctions onto your cervix, It was painful/miserable to remove! I almost thought I was going to have to get it removed at my OBGYN lol. But I didn’t give up, and I bought the Flex cup. What is so great about it is that it has a suction release tab on it, so I have NEVER had any issue taking this out. It is easy to insert and remove, has a little loop to grab onto making it even easier to pull out, fits perfectly and feels like I am wearing nothing.I DID have some leaks which was a huge disappointment BUT that was before I got a bigger size (when I bought this, I had never had any kids and was in my mid 20s so I thought the smaller one would suit me). I swallowed my pride and got a bigger one, it’s still easy to place, and it has never leaked for me. Lasts me the full 12 hours without any mess and feels like I’m wearing nothing at all. Yes, you may get some blood on your fingers with insertion and removal, but not in your underwear and that is a miniscule price to pay for the countless benefits of a menstrual cup.Overall, I highly recommend this menstrual cup and if you DO have leaks or if you hear of anyone that has had issues with these leaking, it likely isn’t the product but the person. They just need a bigger size (speaking from experience).Hope this helps!

WOW! Will never use tampons again!
I am so blown away by this product. I have been skeptical to pull the trigger on a menstrual cup for a LONG time, mainly due to the price point but also because it seems like you may get one that doesn’t work for you, that there may be user error, learning curves, and the risk of being stuck with an expensive product that I didn’t like. So when I got the flex I assumed i would struggle for the first few attempts, have some leaks, and possible discomfort if this wasnt the right cup or fit for me. But WOW, that is so far from what happened. I had zero issues on the very first insertion and not a single leak. This cup is very easy to insert, remove, and adjust. I am THRILLED because i cannot feel this product once it is in and I am someone who has always struggled with a lot of discomfort using tampons. I can go to the bathroom with it in without issue and i swear it has even reduced my cramping as I usually have really rough periods and this one has been way less painful. This will pay for itself in just a few months without having the monthly cost of tampons. I cannot recommend this product more. So so happy and pleasantly surprised!I am a mom of two and have had two c-sections. I bought the bigger size. I was worried that the bigger size would be an issue for me because super tampons are very uncomfortable for me but it was a great fit. Highly recommend!

Pros & Cons: Please Read Review
I tried multiple period products and this is my favorite.Below is my personal review of the things I have tried:Mensural spongePros: Eco-friendly, works great, can leave in during sex (and you seriously can’t feel it at all, my husband agreed) Just as (if not more absorbent) than a tampon . Cheap because they can be reused multiple times.Cons: Hurts to insert/remove (my biggest complaint) especially by the end of the cycle. Is meant to soak up fluids which makes it hard to be wet during sex.TamponsPros: More discrete than a pad. Soaks things up well.Cons: Toxic shock syndrome. Bad for the environment. Have to change much more often than other alternatives.PadsPros: Good for someone who is having their first period ever. Do not have to internally insert. It is pretty much the only thing you can use after pregnancy to clean up the blood. It prevents chaffing against your incision if you had a C-section (put the sticky part in the front of your underwear so the pad rests on your cut.) Note: I have not had any kids yet these are just things I have read.Cons: Chafing, bad for the environment, feels like you are wearing a diaper.Flex DiskPros: you can leave it in for hours upon hours. You don’t feel it when it is in you. You can leave it in during sex (neither my husband nor I could feel it except he said he could a little if he caught on it when first going in before I was wet. That said he never wanted me to take it out when I asked. But, make sure you put a clean one in or go without one before sex because the blood collects in it and you will break the seal if you have sex which means all that blood will go pouring out and will make a mess.)Cons: TMI but…..Leaks blood when you go to the bathroom since those muscles are working which means it also leaks blood if you fart. (Imagine leaving it in for multiple hours on a heavy day and then farting)Flex CupPros: You don’t feel it when it is in you and you can leave it in pretty much the whole day. Good for the environment. Cheap because you can reuse it so many times.Cons: Sometimes will catch when you pull it out which hurts.Personally: I use the flex cup on heavy days and then either the flex cup or flex disk on light days (depends on if I am getting sore from removing the flex cup.) Ideally, I would use a flex cup on heavy days and a mensural sponge on lighter days but I dread removing them because both products start to hurt when you remove them after a few times (NOTE: there is no pain when they are actually inside me during my entire cycle it is only when removing and sometimes when inserting.)

This product is Amazing! Now I don’t mind this monthly occurrence anymore. I have been a long term tampon user and gave this ago. It’s so nice and flexible and soft and easy to insert. It really works. It lasts much longer than a tampon so going out and avoiding public toilets becomes a possibility. It is better for the environment too. It will last a good 10 years and replace a few thousand tampons and pads.Keep playing with the cup until you find the right spot for your body. I still use a tiny liner for those minor stains that may result from moving or running – a single toilet sheet will do the job too. After the second time I used my blood clots stopped and now the flow is so easy.I recommend the full cup for anyone. Better to wear it all day long rather than having to change half way.Customer service is excellent. If you need support just email them and they give you plenty of tips.Packaging is lovely. I have been giving them to my friends as gift to encourage better environmental footprint.

I have been using menstrual cups for over 10 years now and I absolutely couldn’t imagine going back. I have one that I prefer and it’s getting old and needs replacing, so I read about alternatives and I found Flex. I can’t tell you how impressed I am! The stem is easy to find and very flexible. It is also moveable and helps break the seal. Other than writing an essay to explain it all. Just buy this one. you will never buy any other. Its quite literally the best menstrual cup I have ever tried by FAR and I’ve tried many! I would like to sincerely thank the designers on such an amazing job and making women’s life easier.
